摘要

生成式人工智能的快速发展为学术期刊发展带来机遇与挑战.在与学术期刊密切相关的学术研究、编辑工作、学术传播三个维度中,生成式人工智能通过提升学术研究效率、优化编辑流程、创新传播模式为学术期刊带来了发展机遇,但同时也引发了学术伦理问题、编辑技术能力不足、学术质量难以控制等挑战.对此,学术期刊需构建技术赋能与学术规范并重的发展模式,从制度建设、质量控制、操作规范、编辑人才培养等层面筑牢发展根基,构建适配人工智能时代的学术期刊发展模式,为学术期刊的高质量发展提供理论支撑,并为维护学术规范提供参考.; The rapid development of generative artificial intelligence(GAI)has brought both opportunities and challenges to the development of academic journals.In the three dimensions closely related to academic journals—academic research,editorial work,and academic communication—GAI offers opportunities by enhancing research efficiency,optimizing editorial workflows,and innovating communication models.At the same time,it has also caused challenges such as academic ethical issues,limited technical proficiency of editorial staff,and difficulties in controlling academic quality.In response,academic journals need to establish a development model that balances technological empowerment with academic norms,strengthen their foundations in institutional construction,quality control,operational standardization,as well as editorial talent training,and formulate strategies for development in the AI era.This provides theoretical support for the high-quality development of academic journals and serves as a reference for upholding academic standards.
