科幻剧《副本》是一部赛博朋克作品,依托数字信息技术描绘后人类社会图景,展开主体身份哲思、数字公平审视和未来风险预测.作品通过意识下载、义体替换、永生技术等设定,围绕三个核心议题具象化了后人类之思:通过技术对身体的去自然化,呈现了后人类主体的身份流动性;借助异化的后人类永生和消费主义对赛博资本主义展开批判;围绕剧中的案件探讨了后人类带来的法律挑战.; The cyberpunk science fiction series Altered Carbon leverages digital information technologies to envision a posthu-man society,engaging in philosophical reflections on subject identity,critiques of digital equity,and predictions of future risks.Through elements such as consciousness uploading,synthetic body replacement,and immortality technologies,the work exem-plifies posthuman reflections through three core themes:a demonstration of the fluidity of posthuman identity through the techno-logical denaturalization of the body;a critique of cyber-capitalism via alienated posthuman immortality and consumerism;and an exploration of legal challenges posed by the posthuman,centered on the criminal cases in the series.
