根据教学实践经验介绍了一种提高英语听力水平的新方法--听写英语新闻广播VOA and BBC.阐述了如何通过听写英语新闻提高综合运用听力技巧的能力,从而提高学生的听力水平.通过与听力教材对比,提出了使用英语新闻作为听力材料的趣味性和有效性.; This paper presents an approach of improving students' listening competence by dictating newscasts of V. O. A and BBC in class listening. An explanation of how listeners can integrate their separate skills of listening in dictation is given. It also presents the advantages of the authentic listening materials and the efficiency of the training method in improving listeners' listening competence.
