Focusing on the hydraulic oil system piping vibration of the locked butterfly valve of type HD37s41X 6ZN and violent swing of the butterfly valve's hammer occurred during the system operation in our plant, this article makes analysis for its course and provides concrete scheme to solve it, which has obtained favorable effects in several uses.
